KnightCode LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the timer mobile application (the "App").

The App collects anonymous information that your mobile device generates as you use the App ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the time and date of your usage, the time spent with the app open, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, your mobile operating system, and other diagnostic data.

We are extremely cautious about the third party software we bundle in the App for your browser or device, limiting it to a minimal set of vendors with acceptable reputations and who actively maintain their products. However, we trust them to properly vet their own suppliers.

Your data is stored on encrypted disk over which we maintain some reasonable authority.
Access to our stored data is limited to the minimal number of people needed to maintain function of the App.
